East View Map Link Shipping and Return Policy
  Retail Shipping
If you are a retail customer, please visit our retail site, TrekTools.com.

East View Map Link’s preferred carriers are US Priority Mail and UPS. Ground delivery of in-stock maps usually takes 2-10 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Minnesota.

All shipping rates are calculated in your online shopping cart and are based on the weight of your package and your address.

Rush Shipments Same day rush processing is available for reasonably sized orders (to be determined by East View Map Link) placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Rush fee is $9.50 plus the actual shipping cost.


Wholesale Shipping
East View Map Link’s preferred carrier is UPS. However, shipping via FedEx, FedEx Ground Service, US Postal Service and other couriers is available upon request. Ground delivery of in-stock maps usually takes 2-10 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Minnesota. Customers may also provide us with their account number for their preferred carrier and shipping will be arranged with their carrier and fees charged to their account.

Domestic Shipments
East View Map Link uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic shipments. The choice is made by the consumer at the time of the order.

Small handling fees are added to the quoted shipping amounts for all orders.

International Shipments (including Canada)
East View Map Link ships internationally via the United States Postal Service. A document preparation fee and small handling fees are are included in the quoted shipping rates inside the shopping cart.

Rush Shipments
Same day rush processing is available for reasonably sized orders (to be determined by East View Map Link) placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Rush fee is $9.50 plus the actual shipping cost.

Drop Shipments
We charge a $5.00 Drop-Ship fee for orders shipped directly from our warehouse to a reseller’s customer.


Return Policy
All sales are final with the exception of damaged goods or items received in error. If you receive items that have been damaged or items shipped in error you can return these for replacement or credit.

All returns must be requested in advance from Customer Service at which time a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be assigned and must accompany any return of merchandise to East View Map Link.
